A self-supported bikepacking event starting and finishing in Málaga, running through the mountains of Andalucía in mid-March 2027.
El Sur is organised by L'Esperit del Bikepacking as a season opener. The route leaves the coast, ventures deep into the wild mountains of Andalucía in spring, and returns to the sea. It is designed to be fun and at times challenging, but not unnecessarily difficult. Faster riders can complete it in as little as two days; those looking to savour the experience can spend a week on the route.
