Gravel della Tur closes the 2027 gravel calendar of Gran Trofeo Eventi Sportivi with a day of riding from Salassa in the province of Turin. The Vercelli-based organiser also runs a series of road mediofondo events.
The format is simple and friendly: a shorter and a longer loop, a race pack, a refreshment at the finish rather than along the way, and a medal and diploma for every finisher, handed out at an awards evening. The organiser says it wants to promote sport at every level while keeping the sociable spirit of its events and showing off the territory they cross.
