About this event
The OlympusMan Trail Run grew out of the OlympusMan Xtreme Triathlon and takes runners onto the trails of Mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains, the highest ground in Cyprus. Every course, from the short adventure run to the ultra, finishes on the summit, so the day ends at the roof of the island.
The races are built from three loops out of Troodos Square: one out to Psilo Dentro, one to Agios Nikolaos and the classic triathlon run course up the mountain, with steep climbs, technical sections and long views over the island. The longer races stitch the loops together, with feed stations and a drop-bag zone back in the square between them.
It is run by Activate Cyprus, the Cypriot events and tours company behind several of the island's gravel and road events, and it has been listed by HDsports among the most beautiful running events in Greece and Cyprus.
