The OTSO Travessa d'Encamp is Andorra's longest-running mountain race, first held in 1983, and it turns the parish of Encamp into a three-day festival of trail running every spring.

Five classic courses head from the town into the Andorran Pyrenees, from a short loop around Engolasters lake to a long course that starts before dawn, passing mountain refuges such as Agols on the way. A vertical kilometre on the Friday evening, a four-person relay over the longest course and children's races round out the weekend.

Everything starts and finishes on Plaça dels Arínsols in the heart of Encamp, where the sportswear brand OTSO runs the event with the support of the Comú d'Encamp, and the Sunday ends with prize-giving and a paella shared by runners and their families.
