PlugPlug Zwin is an autumn gravel ride through the Zwin and Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The organisers describe a course that runs from the wide mouth of the Scheldt at Terneuzen to the rough North Sea coast at Cadzand, mixing gravel roads across the open polders with cycle paths that follow the dikes and the waves.
It is flat and not technical, with regular views of the sea and roughly half of each route on unpaved tracks, so it is a ride to enjoy rather than suffer. Riders navigate by GPS and can still shorten or extend their day at the feed stop.
It is one of the PlugPlug Gravel rides run by the Belgian organiser Count Me In, with coffee at the start, feed stops, mechanical and breakdown support, a bike wash and an après-bike included.
