AUGH

AUGH is the yearly gathering of the 'Tribe', the bikepacking community built by Umbria Bikepacking in Foligno. Over two days riders follow an off-road track into the Umbrian Apennines, through dirt roads, woods, climbs and singletrack with the odd short push, to reach a shared village where everyone pitches a tent, eats and celebrates together.

The three routes share the same checkpoints, where you refuel and stamp your map, and all end at the village. The organisers are frank that it suits riders who trust their handling, like sleeping out and value sharing the experience above all; after five editions they describe hundreds of bikepackers arriving from across Italy and a tribe that grows every year.
