About this event

Dalby Grit is a gravel race held inside Dalby Forest, on the southern edge of the North York Moors National Park, using the forest's access roads and linking trails. The course is built for close racing, with punchy climbs, fast descents and long flatter stretches where riders can really put the power down.

It comes from Focal Events, the team behind Dirty Reiver and Gravel Rocks, and follows current UCI race formats with age classes, podiums in every category and cash prizes for the pro and elite field. Riders start and finish at an event village in the heart of the forest, and with camping and campervan pitches available many make a full weekend of it.
