The Gravel del Gigante Bianco is the gravel half of a cycling weekend in Bettolle, a village of Sinalunga in the Valdichiana senese. It is run by Donkey Bike Sinalunga, a club founded in 1992 by friends who shared a passion for mountain biking and best known for organising the Sinalunga Bike.

The ride is non-competitive, with a staggered French-style start, arrowed routes and prizes drawn among participants rather than awarded for speed. Its routes climb into the hills of the Val di Chiana and Val d'Orcia, and in 2026 it counted towards the Coppa Toscana Gravel.

The white giant of the name is the Chianina, the valley's famous cattle breed: the weekend is part of the La Valle del Gigante Bianco festival, and lunch after the ride is served at the stand of the Amici della Chianina.
