About this event
Gravel & Wine is an informal autumn ride run by Team Locca Bici, the bike shop and club in Bornate di Serravalle Sesia, at the foot of the Valsesia. Now in its third year, it is built for people who want to discover the area and its food and wine without the pressure of a race.
The routes roll through the gentle hills and vineyards of the Sesia wine country on a mix of dirt roads, open to gravel bikes and mountain bikes alike. Riders finish with lunch at Ca' dal Lanternon in Bornate, which turns the day into a social occasion as much as a ride.
