About this event
GravelMan Côte d'Azur is a stop on the GravelMan Series of self-supported rides, based at Villa les Roches in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, west of Cannes. Gravel routes combine tracks with stretches of road through the red-earth hills behind the coast, and every distance also has a road-only version.
The 350 km and 500 km options leave on Friday at 6:00 with multi-day time limits, while the 60, 120 and 200 km rides start Saturday at 8:00. Riders follow an unmarked GPS track and handle their own food, water and repairs, with live tracking provided.
It is not a race: the format is about finishing within the time limit at your own pace, with climbing ranging from roughly 800 m on the shortest loop to around 10,000 m on the 500 km.
