About this event
GravelMan Series Nice is a new self-supported gravel and road weekend based in Castagniers, in the hills just north of Nice. It is the first edition of this stop on the GravelMan Series calendar.
Riders choose from five distances between 60 and 500 km and follow an unmarked GPS track, carrying or sourcing everything they need. The two longest routes leave on Friday morning with 48 and 60 hour limits, while the shorter loops start on Saturday. Each distance has a gravel version mixing tracks and road, and a road version.
The event is not a ranked race: the only target is finishing within the time limit, which suits riders testing themselves on long mileage in the mild Riviera winter.
