About this event
GravelMan Series Paris Sud is a winter weekend of self-supported long-distance riding south of Paris, part of the French GravelMan Series. Riders follow an unmarked GPS track and handle their own food, water and repairs. There is no ranking, only a maximum time for each distance.
Five distances are offered, from a 60 km discovery loop to a 500 km expedition with a 60 hour cut-off. The 350 and 500 km routes start on Friday morning, the shorter ones on Saturday. Every distance can be ridden on a gravel route (tracks mixed with road sections) or a pure road route at the same price.
The January date makes this one of the first ultra-distance gravel tests of the French season, with short daylight and winter conditions as part of the challenge.
