About this event
La Brava Trail is a single-stage running ultra that follows the Costa Brava from Blanes to Cadaqués, linking the coast's towns and coves along the way: Tossa de Mar, Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Llafranc, Begur, Empúries and, at the end, the Cap de Creus side of Cadaqués.
Runners move on coastal paths, trails, forest tracks and short urban sections, navigating by GPS on an unmarked course. It is semi-self-sufficient: checkpoints provide water and food, and runners carry what they need between them.
It can be run solo, in pairs or as a relay team of four or six, with one runner on course at a time and changeovers at the official checkpoints.
