About this event

The Laimischter Elimination Circle is a gravel challenge built on a simple, merciless rule: a new lap starts on every full hour, and anyone not back on the start line within 60 minutes is out. Finish early and you rest until the next hour; the tenth lap is the last, and there the fastest rider wins.

The loop runs through the Kalltal around Lammersdorf in the Eifel, past a wind turbine, woods, a lake and slate rock, with the constant up and down of a true Eifel profile. It is organised by the Laimisch Riders, the cycling section of TuS Lammersdorf, and gravel bikes and mountain bikes without motors are both welcome.
