Łemko Gravel

Łemko Gravel is the mountain chapter of the Podkarpackie Gravel Festival, a long gravel race that climbs out of the Pogórze Strzyżowskie and Pogórze Jasielskie foothills and into the Beskid Niski, often called the wildest of Poland's Beskid ranges. The hardest climbs come early and go straight up with no hairpins to soften them, and the reward is a long run of quiet gravel forest roads through the hills.

The route is meant to tell the story of the old Lemko lands on the southern edge of Podkarpacie: traces of vanished villages, cows grazing on mountain meadows and a slower way of life far from the tourist crowds. Stowarzyszenie Velo Galicja has run it since the first edition in 2023, which many riders hailed as the most beautiful mountain ultra in Poland, and it shares its festival base with Galicja Gravel Race and Głogów Gravel Racing.
