About this event
Rozgrzewka, the warm-up, opens the Polish Bike Tour season in Gliwice, with every route starting and finishing at the city's PreZero Arena. The idea is simple: test your legs after the winter on a shorter loop, or go straight in at the deep end with a long one, while the season is still young.
The gravel and MTB routes mix tarmac with a majority of gravel and rough tracks through Silesia, and there is also a two-day stage version for riders who prefer to sleep in between. Each route is ridden in advance by the organisers, who post their recce reports on social media, and every rider gets an online briefing and a race book before the start.
Polish Bike Tour is a Gliwice-based organiser of long-distance rides across Poland, from the Baltic coast to the Beskids, and it puts clear rules, a family atmosphere and looking after riders at the heart of its events.
