Wybrzeże 500 is a coastal bikepacking trip rather than a race: no timing and no ranking, just a route along the Polish Baltic coast from Sopot to Szczecin, ridden at your own pace. The organisers encourage riders to stop, rest and simply enjoy the seaside on the way.
The route mixes tarmac with gravel and dirt roads, so a gravel bike or a mountain bike suits it best, and e-bikes are welcome too. A generous five-day time limit leaves room to take it slowly, and riders head off within a relaxed morning window from the Ergo Arena in Sopot.
It is part of the Polish Bike Tour calendar, run from Gliwice, whose team rides every route in person beforehand, holds an online briefing and gives each rider a race book with everything they need to know.
