About this event
The Spring Classic Gravel Experience is a Danish nod to the great one-day classics of Belgium, France and Italy, the Tour of Flanders, Paris-Roubaix and Strade Bianche, held on Jutland gravel as a way to kick off the season. It is now in its sixth year.
It starts and finishes at Tinnetgaard, a farm near Brædstrup, an area the organisers rate among the best gravel in Denmark: the routes run from close to the source of the Gudenaa river into the forest tracks of Gludsted Plantage. Riders can test their form against friends or the rest of the field, then warm up afterwards with food from the farm shop in a heated barn, while families can join a feeding round with the farm animals.
